AGILE: All girls incubator for learning entrepreneurship

AGILE is our Entrepreneurship program for our Hopecitizens dreaming of creating their own business ventures and becoming the masters of their dreams one day. Bringing them access to a wide network of successful entrepreneurs and founders to teach them the basics of a businessperson’s journey, as well as get introduced to a driven, committed network of mentors early on, this program is envisioned to set our girls up for success right from day one.

AGILE is founded on the three guiding principles:

Swabhimaan – Learning the fundamentals of entrepreneurship,
Kaushalya – Building mastery in essential skills, &
Spoorthi – Mentorship from industry experts

Sakthi Priya’s Millet Startup – Millecious

Under our Agile Program, we proudly celebrate young women who step into the world with confidence, creativity, and purpose. One such inspiring journey is that of Sakthi Priya, founder of Millecious — a millet-based bakery startup that’s redefining healthy eating.

What began as a college project at MLA Academy of Higher Learning soon evolved into a mission-driven venture. Along with her friends Saravana and Pranesh, Sakthi Priya transformed their classroom idea into a real-world solution — offering millet-based alternatives to maida-heavy bakery items.

Motivated by personal health experiences and a deep love for food, she officially launched Millecious on December 19 – India’s Millet Day, honoring the country’s rich agricultural heritage.

While managing college and startup life, Sakthi Priya also participated in the FKCCI State-Level Business Plan Competition and secured her first customer orders within the very first month!
