HOSA for Emotional Resilience
Short for ‘Harnessing Our Special Abilities’, this program is designed to provide mental and emotional well being to little girls aged 6 – 18 years and build confidence & resilience.
We work with 65+ girl children housed at child-care institutions for the want of safety, nutrition, care and protection – and offer the much needed support to develop emotional awareness, to emotional literacy and emotional expression, from a very young age.
